The event is organized by Tencent, Fighting Esports Group, and VSPN (a well-known company in China for technology). Group Stage will be played in the category of Double-Elimination format, and all matches are played in the best-of-five series. The bottom four teams will be eliminated.

Playoffs are played in the best-of-seven series. The top 4 teams will advance to the winner's bracket while the remaining team will be seeded to the lower bracket.
