Within the mobile esports industry, there’s no question that the most popular MOBA is Arena of Valor, including its Chinese version, Honor of Kings. Indeed, this past year continued to celebrate this popularity, but 2022 holds even greater plans. Read on as we discuss Arena of Valor Esports 2022 in this version of Esports Roadmap!
Arena of Valor Esports 2022 – Uniting with Honor of Kings
The main thing going for AoV Esports heading into this year, is unification. For the past few years, Arena of Valor and Honor of Kings have enjoyed individual success, targeting different regions.
However, this year, for international events such as the Arena of Valor World Cup 2022, both communities will merge! Accordingly, this will increase viewership and competition altogether and we’re all for it.
Speaking of events, the following is a quick list of international events to look forward to:
- Honor of Kings Challenger Cup 2021 – January 5-15th
- Arena of Valor International Championship 2022 – June 1st
- Arena of Valor World Cup 2022 – October 1st-November 1st
Besides these international events, there are many regional events to look forward to for both titles:
- AoG Spring 2022 – Feb 1st
- King Pro League Spring – Feb 1st
- King Pro League Summer – Jun 1st
- AoG Winter 2022 – Jul 1st
We can’t wait to see the new ceiling that this mobile esport reaches in 2022.
