BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022 – Starting Soon
Indeed, for those unaware, the BLAST Premier events are a circuit of elite Tier 1 events. Taking place offline from the 19th August to the 28th, a total of $177,000 will be up for grabs.
More importantly, the 12 partner teams are competing for two types of seeds. Particularly, 1-6th will qualify for the Fall Finals, 7-12th for the Fall Showdown.
Anyways, the subject of this article is covering the recently announced Groups. Here they are listed for you:
- A: Vitality, OG, NiP, Astralis
- B: Natus Vincere, Complexity, G2 Esports, Team Liquid
- C: FaZe Clan, Evil Geniuses, Heroic, BIG
These groups will be competing in double elimination (GSL) format groups, where all matches will be BO1. Competing here means trying to make it to the Fall Finals. Here, a total of $425,000 will be up for grabs.
Meanwhile, the Fall Showdown is a form of last chance qualifier which offers one final seed for the Fall Finals.
Note that this event is also an opportunity for teams to earn BLAST Premier points. We can’t wait to see how the teams perform after the player break!
