Team Vitality CS:GO Shox – Trying To Get Better

Following the BLAST Premier World Final, a lot of changes are hitting competitive CS:GO. Accordingly, Team Vitality CS:GO Shox has been making the headlines following a recent change. Read on as we cover a team which is definitely at the top, just not number one.

Team Vitality CS:GO Shox – How Will They Fill the Void?

Over the past few events, ever since Stockholm, Team Vitality have shown that they’re a great team. Indeed, they have taken care of most opponents. However, when it comes to winning events, they simply can’t beat the likes of Natus Vincere.

Accordingly, it seems like a change is in order. Bearing this in mind, with the current player break, the French organization is parting ways with Richard “shox” Papillon. That leaves the following roster active:

  • Dan “apEX” Madesclaire
  • Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut
  • Kevin “misutaa” Rabier
  • Jayson “Kyojin” Nguyen-Van

Perhaps what they need is that one player to push them over the edge and improve their results from last year:

  • 3rd @ BLAST Premier World Final 2021
  • 1st @ IEM XVI Winter
  • 2nd @ BLAST Premier Fall Finals 2021
  • 5-8th @ PGL Major Stockholm 2021

Although they might have not needed a change, the will to make one shows their determination to win.

Team Liquid CS:GO Roster – Benching Stewie2K, Grim and FalleN

One of the most popular esports organizations in competitive CS:GO is none other than Team Liquid. Accordingly, following their poor performances all year long, it’s been a while since they’ve won anything. Indeed, it’s no surprise that changes are coming to the Team Liquid CS:GO Roster.

Team Liquid CS:GO Roster – What’s Going On?

Specifically, three players have been placed on the inactive roster, or bench, and are as follows:

  • Jacky “Stewie2K” Yip
  • Michael “Grim” Wince
  • Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo

This is certainly disappointing. Despite being some of the best players in the history of CS:GO, the team has simply failed to leave a mark. That leaves the following players on the active roster;

  • Jonathan “EliGE” Jablonowski
  • Keith NAF” Markovic
  • Eric “adreN” Hoag – Coach
Credits: FallenCS Twitter

For the future, it’s likely Team Liquid will be looking for new veteran leadership and young guns to pair up. Regardless, they’ll want to do better than they have in the past few events:

  • 4th @ BLAST Premier: World Final 2021
  • 7-8th @ IEM XVI Winter
  • 5-6th @ BLAST Premier Fall Finals 2021
  • 12-14th @ PGL Major Stockholm 2021

It’s simply been too long since Team Liquid has won at CS:GO – let’s see if that changes any time soon.

There’s only one name that can be favoured for such as event. One a hot run since winning the PGL Stockholm Major and the Fall Finals, Natus Vincere look poised to run away with another Major should they continue playing at such a high level.

Perhaps the only team in their way is none other than Team Vitality, as the only team that managed to punch back in the last event.

Otherwise, everyone else will be vying for third place and a stake in the $1,000,000 prize pool.

Predictions

Credits: Intel Extreme Masters Twitter

In terms of predictions, this is a little tough without the current reigning champions of Natus Vincere.

Naturally, in second place we’d likely to recommend Team Vitality following their second place finish at BLAST Premier Fall Finals 2021 at the hands of Na’Vi.

However, they are not as dominant as Na’Vi. Indeed, we still are dubious about G2 Esports. Accordingly, ever since they finished second at the PGL Stockholm 2021 Major, they’ve been a bit rocky as they’ve been forced to play with a stand-in.

The moment they return to form is the moment they rise back to the top.

  • Team Vitality – Global Leaderboard

Accordingly, nobody is surprised at this incredible lineup. However, one point of concern is G2 Esports who did in fact play with a stand-in at the recent IEM Winter event due to VISA issues for one of their players. Hopefully they’ll sort things out to give Natus Vincere a challenge.

Indeed, Na’Vi are your favourites and have the opportunity to seal their dominance for this past year.

BLAST Premier Fall Finals Recap – Na’Vi Continue to Dominate

BLAST Premier Fall Finals Recap – Gearing Up for the World Finals

Credits: NAVI Twitter

Accordingly, we had $425,000 on the line with the top 8 teams in the world all offline at the Copenhagen Royal Arena. Indeed, here’s how the final standings looked like:

  1. Natus Vincere
  2. Team Vitality
  3. Astralis
  4. Heroic
  5. FaZe Clan
  6. Team Liquid
  7. BIG
  8. Ninjas in Pyjamas

And with that out of the way, we can now follow the story of Natus Vincere.

Kicking things off in the Quarterfinals against BIG with a 2-0 sweep, they’d only lose two maps at the entire event. Accordingly, Heroic would manage to pull back a map against Na’Vi, though the Ukranians would still prevail.

Booked with a ticket against their main competition at the event. Team Vitality fell short with a 2-0 scoreline at the Finals. With a rematch in the Grand Final, Team Vitality tried to keep it close, by beating Na’Vi on their best map – Nuke.

However, “s1mple” and Natus Vincere would stand tall and they prevailed as champions once again. Let’s see if they can do it again at the BLAST World Finals!

FURIA Esports VINI CS:GO – Confirmed Leaving the Roster

So, what’s going on with FURIA Esports VINI CS:GO? For those unaware, the community has been discussing the future of this young talent, due to unforeseeen circumstances. Indeed, what’s more puzzling is that the team seems to have been doing well. Read on for a concise and clear take on this story.

FURIA Esports VINI CS:GO – Leaving a Gap

Although many esports scenes are undergoing rostermania, sometimes changes happen surprisingly. Accordingly, nobody really thought that FURIA Esports’ CS:GO division really needed swapping. However, the likes of Vinicius “VINI” Figueiredo announced his departure just recently on Twitter:

Credits VINI Twitter

There are some rumors about my career, so I would like to clarify in affection to everyone who follows me.

Furia, through Guerri, came to the conclusion that they wouldn’t want to count on me for the 2022 season.

Obviously I’m saddened by the decision, but life as a professional athlete goes that way.

My desire is to continue playing CSGO professionally, so at the moment I am evaluating all the proposals for my future as a player.

However, I’m sure my post-CSGO future will be working on the Esports scene, which I love and really want it to be linked to Furia.

I will soon have more news about the future!

Credits: TwitLonger VINI (Translated)

And just like that, the active roster of FURIA looks like this:

  • Yuri “yuurih” Boian
  • Andrei “arT” Piovezan
  • Kaike “KSCERATO” Cerato
  • Andre “drop” Abreu
  • Nicholas “guerri” Nogueira
ESL Pro League Season 14

The change is surprising due to the recent performances:

  • 5-8th @ PGL Major Stockholm 2021
  • 1st @ IEM XVI Fall North America
  • 17-20th @ ESL Pro League Season 14

However, the team was never going to contend internationally – perhaps they will with a new player?

G2 Esports CS:GO kennyS – Standing In For nexa

Indeed, everyone understands that G2 Esports is one of the top CS:GO teams in the world. Accordingly, following their second place finish at PGL Stockholm, they’re looking great. However, heading into future events, there has been a setback. Read on to learn regarding G2 Esports CS:GO kennyS!

G2 Esports CS:GO kennyS – A Step Backwards?

As everyone knows, they’ve had one of the most historic AWPers in the world on their bench. Indeed, Kenny “kennyS” Schrub hasn’t looked to play for a while, especially due to the team’s success without him. However, the following update just came through:

Credits: G2 Esports Twitter

As you can see above, it seems that their in-game-leader of Nemanja “nexa” Isakovic has had to go on the bench due to VISA issues. This means that for IEM Winter 2021 in the coming week, the following roster will be competing:

  • Audric “JaCkz” Jug
  • Francois “AmaNek” Delaunay
  • Kenny “kennyS” Schrub
  • Nemanja “huNter-” Kovac
  • Nikola “NiKo” Kovac
  • Jan “Swani” Muller – Interim Coach
Credits: kennyS Twitter

So, is this a step forward or backwards here? Indeed, with “kennyS” at this full potential, we don’t know what to expect at all. Although a top 2 team, we’re not sure what to think of them with this current stand-in.

Predictions

Credits: PGL

The best way to make predictions, apart from the qualifying process of this event, is to look at the PGL Stockholm 2021. Accordingly, here’s how teams finished at the largest event of the year for CS:GO:

  1. Natus Vincere
  2. G2 Esports
  3. Gambit Esports
  4. Heroic
  5. Team Vitality
  6. FURIA Esports
  7. Virtus.pro
  8. Ninjas in Pyjamas
  9. Entropiq
  10. Copenhagen Flames
  11. FaZe Clan

Accordingly, not all the teams at this event made it very far in the PGL Major Stockholm.

Anyways, with regards to our predictions, our favourites have to be Natus Vincere after their historic win at the PGL Major. Otherwise, we’re unsure if anyone can stop them with G2 not attending this event.

Also, many teams have made some roster changes, so we’re curious to see how the competition stacks up.
