CDL 2021 Stage 2 – Key Facts
- Dates: Regular Season should be from 18th March to 4th April, Playoffs undetermined
- Prize pool: $2,500,00 on the line at the Playoffs stage which teams are seeding for
- Games will take place each weekend unless determined otherwise
With regards to the groups, a recent Snake Draft by the organizations formed the following groups:
Group A
- Atlanta FaZe
- London Royal Ravens
- Los Angeles Guerillas
- Los Angeles Thieves
- New York Subliners
- Toronto Ultra
Group B
- Dallas Empire
- Florida Mutineers
- Minnesota ROKKR
- OpTic Chicago
- Paris Legion
- Seattle Surge
Each of these teams will be playing with the new GAs (gentlemen agreements) and map rotations.
In terms of streams, Activision’s exclusivity deal with YouTube means that everything will be available on the official Call of Duty League channel.
Predictions find that while the top teams will likely remain at the top, it’s the middle of the pack which everyone remains uncertain of.
