CoD Esports 2022 – An Essential Season
Sadly, the past two seasons of the Call of Duty League have been hampered by the current health situation.
Regardless, this upcoming season offers a newly revised format as the 12 franchised teams go at it once again. For those unaware, here they are:

- London Royal Ravens
- Los Angeles Guerrillas
- Los Angeles Thieves
- Minnesota ROKKR
- New York Subliners
- Paris Legion
- Seattle Surge
- OpTic Texas
- Toronto Ultra
- Boston (brand unannounced)
Specifically, these 12 teams will be competing over multiple stages of competition. Overall, the main aim is to make it to the CDL Championship at the end of the year.
Here are the stages of competition to expect:
- February – Stage 1 Group Stage/Major
- April – Stage 2 Group Stage/Major
- June – Stage 3 Group Stage/Major
- August – Stage 4 Group Stage/Major
- September – CDL Championship
Accordingly, there’s more to expect. Indeed, Activision have also promised events for Warzone this season which we can’t wait for.
