This team has shown some solid results in recent competitions, especially the 2nd place at PGI.S 2021. This was a perfect opportunity for Dignitas to re-enter the esport, and with such a talented team.
Here are some of the team’s best achievements:
- 2nd in PUBG Global Invitational.S 2021 – 28th March 2021 – $1,009,822
- 5th at PUBG Continental Series 3: North America – 20th November 2020 – $20,000
- 2nd at PUBG Continental Series 4: Americas – North America Group Stage – 20th may 2021 – $3,500
Dignitas’ Director of Esports, James Baker, said this about the move:
“I have been a long-time fan of PUBG, playing it at release and following the scene ever since. Whenever Dignitas enters a game, we do it for two reasons; we love the game and we can field a team that can win. The group of guys that we’ve picked up have the ability to not only win domestically, but win a World Championship, and we’ll be providing them with the tools that they need to make it happen”
