It was a tough event for OG. Indeed, apart from roster difficulties days before the event, they were everyone’s main target. Accordingly, they failed to match the odds and win TI for a third time. Dota 2 OG Roster – Releasing Two Players
It’s definitely been a tough year for OG. So much so, every since The International 9, two players joined the roster. Namely, these are Sumail “SumaiL” Hassan and Martin “Saksa” Sazdov:
- Sumail “SumaiL” Hassan
- Martin “Saksa” Sazdov
With these two players on board, he’s how their season has gone so far:
- 7-8th @ The International
- 1st @ TI Western Qualifier
- 4th @ ESL One Summer 2021
Overall, the organization hasn’t exactly dominated the European region. Yet, that’s what resulting in their poorer performance at The International which disappointed fans somewhat. Although they weren’t the favourites, a 7-8th finish was a lot lower than expected.
