Indeed, esports is a business. Accordingly, as we’re on the outside, we’re not always fully informed when it comes to big decisions. Bearing this in mind, the disbanding of the eUnited PUBG roster 2022 has us curious – read on to learn more below!
eUnited PUBG Roster 2022 – A Good Run
Over the past few years of the PUBG Esports scene, eUnited has been an established name in the North American region.
Diving into the fun back in 2018, they’ve had a great run over the past few years.
Concluding the season with an impressive 4th place finish at the PUBG Global Championship 2022, the following roster has been disbanded:
- Lachlan “Fludd” Thompson
- Matt “Kickstart” Smith
- Noah “Relo” Jenkins
- Jake “Snakers” Winant
Naturally, we’re not sure as to exactly why. Signed back in February, this team has offered some great successes:
- 4th @ PUBG Global Championship 2022
- 2nd @ PUBG Continental Series 7: Americas
- 3rd @ PUBG Continental Series 7: Americas – North America Regional Playoffs
- 1st @ ESL PUBG Masters: Americas Phase 2
However, it seems that this is a business decision from the side of eUnited moving on from PUBG.
