American organization Evil Geniuses have announced that they are signing Jimmy Lin as their Head Coach for their VALORANT roster. Here is their announcement:
Evil Geniuses signing LiN as VALORANT Head Coach – Who is he?
Jimmy “LiN” Lin is a retired professional Counter-Strike player which has recently swapped over to VALORANT to compete with some of his old CS teammates. Ironically, Jimmy is mostly known for his time under Evil Geniuses back when he was representing them in the early days of Esports, back in CS 1.6.
Despite not being as young as most current professionals in the scene, LiN still got some solid results.

- 3rd in Nerd Street Gamers – Monthly September – 27th September 2020 – $1,000
- 1st at Nerd Street Gamers – Monthly November: Qualifier #2 – 8th November 2020 – $700
