It’s that time of year again for competitive FIFA. Indeed, next year’s title has been revealed just like clockwork. However, with FIFA 22 Revealed, is there anything new to look forward to? Accordingly, read on as we highlight some of the changes which are being promised to the community. Let’s see what we know so far.
FIFA 22 Revealed – A Fact Sheet
We’ve listed some of the new details below:
- FIFA 22 will be releasing on October 1st later this year, on September 27th for Champions/Ultimate Edictions
- The title will be available on both current and old generation consoles, Nintendo Switch and Google Stadia.
- New ‘HyperMotion’ Gameplay Technology for the new consoles – 11vs11 match capture with over 4,000 new animations
- New additions to Career Mode – Quick Sim, Active Training System and improved AI
- Gameplay looks to be similar with perhaps new and improved mechanics
- New Iconic Players
- Volta Street Mode will be kept and improved
- Steam Listing with One Machine Limit
What does this all mean? Unfortunately, no massive new changes have been announced so far. Accordingly, the community is waiting for perhaps more incentive for this year. However, there is still plenty of time for EA Sports to show off their game.
