Despite placing third at VCT EMEA Challengers Stage 1, Fnatic aren’t looking too good. Accordingly, the Fnatic VALORANT Roster 2022 might be down to players heading into the Major next week. Read on as we discuss two changes to the roster below!
Fnatic VALORANT Roster 2022 – Not Looking Great
Firstly, there’s the situation behind Andrey “BraveAF” Gorchakov – due to poor behaviour, the player has been benched from the active roster. Bearing this in mind, the likes of Tom “otom” Hart, signed as a substitute earlier this year, will find some action.
However, there’s more. Reports have Nikita “Derke” Sirmitev possibly missing out on the upcoming Reykjavik Major on 10th April due to health issues.
Bearing this mind, a player has been loaned onto the roster. Here’s how the roster looks like right now:
- Jake “Boaster” Howlett
- James “Mistic” Orfila
- Nikita “Derke” Sirmitev – likely will not compete due to health reasons
- Martin “Magnum” Penkov
- Enzo “Fearoth” Mestari – Loan from Alliance
- Tom “otom” Hart – Substitute
This is tough to see after such an impressive performance at EMEA Stage 1 Challengers. Can they replicate their past performances?
- 3rd @ VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 1 Challengers
- 5-8th @ VALORANT Champions 2021
- 3rd @ VCT 2021: Europe Stage 3 Challengers 2
- 5-6th @ VCT 2021: Europe Stage 3 Challengers 1
- 2nd @ VCT 2021: Stage 2 Masters – Reykjavik
