Kicking off on the 4th June, we’ve been keeping a watchful eye on the Free Fire Malaysia Championship 2021. Indeed, the League Stage kicked off on June 26th and we’re ready to provide an update. Read on for a quick summary of the event so far.
Free Fire Malaysia Championship – Competition Shaping Up
For those unaware, this event serves as the highest level of competitive Free Fire in the region of Malaysia. As I’ll reiterate, the online event kicked off on June 4th with Qualifier Finals. From here, only 18 made it from the starting 48 teams to the League Stage.
Within the League Stage, 18 teams have been competing within 3 groups of 6 teams. Specifically, a League Round Robin is the format exactly. With a shuffle expected halfway for the groups, teams are fighting for the 12 spots in the Grand Finals. Here they’ll compete for the $50,000 prize pool!
