Garena, creators of Mobile Esport title Free Fire have just announced their World Series for 2021. Here’s everything you need to know about the event:
Free Fire World Series 2021 details & Scheduling
The Free Fire World Series 2021 event is set to take place in Singapore during May. It will start on the 22nd, and play out till the very end of the week on the 29th. Keep in mind that these dates are updated, and are different from the ones mentioned in the Esports roadmap for Free Fire tournaments in 2021.
Teams participating & Prizepool
The tournament will feature a total of 22 teams from 14 different regions. The teams that place in the top 2 of the play-ins will receive a spot in the Finals, joining the other 10 seeds from regional tournaments. They will all be competing for the world title, along with $2,000,000 USD in prizepool earnings. The winner of the tournament is assessed after 6 rounds of competition. Here, the number of kills and round ranking will count up to the final result.
