Over the past week, we’ve been covering rostermania in League of Legends. However, most teams right now are simply dropping players. That changes with the Golden Guardians LCS Roster making an official reveal of their line-up. Accordingly, feel free to read on to learn more about this roster below!
Golden Guardians LCS Roster – Big Moves for Big Results?
For those unaware, last season was very unsuccessful for Golden Guardians, as shown by the following placements:
- LCS Summer 2021 – 7-8th
- LCS Spring 2021 – 10th
Indeed, Golden Guardians are aiming to learn from this. Last year they placed an importance on having young players new to the scene, this year they’re playing it safer. Accordingly, the following roste rhas been announced:
- Eric “Licorice” Ritchie – Top
- Milo “Pridestalkr” Wehnes – Jungle
- Nicholas “Ablazeolive” Antonio Abbott – Mid
- Lawrence “Lost” Hui – Bot
- Kim “Olleh” Joo-sung – Support
For those unaware, there are a few veterans here, such as Eric “Licorice” Ritchie and Milo “Pridestalkr” Wehnes. Adding such players and keeping a few youngsters from last year looks to be a great combination.
Such an early confirmation gives the team more time to prepare for the upcoming season together and perhaps earn a head start. We’re curious to see how this lineup compares to the other LCS teams.
