Indeed, VALORANT rostermania is reaching an all-time high. Accordingly, as the season gets closer and closer, teams are releasing information about their upcoming roster. One such team is Guild Esports VALORANT 2022 – read on as we cover this EMEA contender!
Guild Esports VALORANT 2022 – Rebuilding with Goals
Last season ended with disappointement for Guild Esports. Indeed, after a respectable season, Guild Esports fell short at the EMEA Last Chance Qualifier by placing second, failing to qualify for the VCT Champions event.
Ever since then, the organization has undergone multiple changes since November, droping three players. Well now, they’ve signed three new ones – here is the entire roster for the 2022 season below:
- Leo “Leo” Jannesson
- Saif “Sayf” Jibraeel
- Jose “koldamenta” Arunguren Herrero
- Russel “Russ” Mendes
- Nikita “trexx” Cherednichenko
There are definitely high hopes here, by trying to make the most of young and unproven talent, while building on the veterans already part of the team. Let’s see if they can improve on last season’s performances:
- 2nd @ VCT 2021 EMEA Last Chance Qualifier
- 7-8th @ VCT 2021 EMEA Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs
- 3rd @ VCT 2021 Europe Stage 3 Challengers 1
- 1-4th @ VCT 2021 Europe Stage 3 Challengers 1 – Closed Qualifier
