With how dormant competitie Halo has been, as one of the last competitive esports strictly on console, the community is waiting for this next title with much vigour. Accordingly, Microsoft itself has gone public to announce the return of competition with Halo Infinite Esports. Read on to learn more!
Halo Infinite Esports – 9 Partnered Teams
As of right now, competition is schedule to kick off later this year on December 8th with the Halo Championship Series. Specifically, a total of 9 teams have partnered to compete in this upcoming esports structure:
- Cloud9
- Envy
- eUnited
- FaZe Clan
- Fnatic
- G2 Esports
- Natus Vincere
- Sentinels
- Spacestation Gaming
The announcement went live yesterday:
Overnight, a total of nine rosters have been announced as the competition swells in excitement.
Of course, December 8th is the rumoured date as that is also when Halo Infinite looks to be released for the general public.
For those unaware, competitive Halo is similar to competitive CoD in which two teams of four face one another around objective-based game modes.
Although it’s been on the low for a while, this new game everyone is looking forward to can boost this esport.
