Heretics bringing on Monsteerr for VALORANT

Spanish organisation Team Heretics have announced that they are bringing on Monsteerr from LDNUTD for VALORANT. Here is their announcement:

Heretics bringing on Monsteerr for VALORANT – Who is he?

OndÅ™ej “MONSTEERR” Petrů is a professional VALORANT player from the Czech Republic. He started his career with Enterprise Esports back in September of 2020, and left after 5 months to join LDNUTD. Before joining Team Heretics, he had placed highly in a couple of events, mainly C-Tier tournaments, but has shown what he’s able to do in the VALORANT space. Here are some of his best achievements so far:

  • 1st in RixGG VALORANT Open April – 25th April 2021 – $1,387
  • 2nd at VALORANT UK One Day Open – 27th March 2021 – $690
  • 1st in GLL Community Cup – EMEA #3 – 19th August 2020 – $150

Why add him to the roster?

Ever since Team Heretics were eliminated early from the Stage 2 Challengers 1 Qualifiers the roster hasn’t been doing so well. They blew everyone’s mind when they upset Team Liquid, G2 as well as SUMN FC in the First Strike event. They were marked as Europe’s best, but unfortunately didn’t manage to keep their throne. Now hopefully with their revamped roster the team can slowly climb back and redeem its reputation.
