Currently, competitive Rainbow Six Siege is back with regional competition. Accordingly, after the European and North American regions, Brazil is ready to kick off. Read on as we learn how to watch the Brasileirao 2022 Stage 3 event below!
Event Background
For those unaware, Brazil has a strong legacy of fielding some of the best international Rainbow Six Siege teams in the world. Specifically, back in 2021, the entire season was dominated by the region for the most part.
Bearing this in mind, the region garners quite a bit of attention. Running from the 17th September to 9th October, the regional competition will feature the top 10 teams in the area. Find them listed below:

- Black Dragon e-Sports
- Ninjas in Pyjamas
- Team Liquid
- TropiCaos
- MIBR
- Team oNe eSports
- w7m esports
- FURIA Esports
- 00 Nation
Organized by Ubisoft, the online event will place some essential seeds up for grabs. Apart from a small prize pool, the following seeds are available:
- 1-4th – Copa Elite Six 2022 Stage 3 (Tier 1 South America)
- 5-10th – Copa do Brasil Stage 2 (Tier 2 Brazil competition)
It’s at the South American Copa Elite Six that Brazilian teams earn seeds for international events. Bearing this in mind, any chance to feature at the next Major starts right here.
Format
As a regular season event, the format is relatively simple for this competition. Featuring a single round-robin league format, each team will play each other once.
All matches here are BO1 with the same scoring system as other regions:
- Default win – 3 points
- Overtime win – 2 points
- Overtime loss – 1 point
Simply put, after all the matches, we’ll have our final rankings for teams to progress with their earned seeds.

- BD vs FaZe – 20:00
- oNe vs FURIA – 21:00
- Caos vs Liquid – 22:00

Predictions
Naturally, in order to predict this event, we’ll need to look at the 2021 placements from Brasileirao Regular season to see how teams stacked up:

Then, in the 2021 finals, the likes of Team Liquid came out on top followed by NiP.
However, do note that FaZe Clan placed 2nd at the last R6S Major while 27m managed a 3-4th finish.
