Event Background
Organized by Garena, the Free Fire Indonesia Masters is the highest level of competitive Free Fire in Indonesia. Indeed, forming part of the Indonesia Masters, the stakes are truly high this time around.
Accordingly, taking place from the 15th to the 23rd October, the top 18 teams in the region are being invited to compete – find them listed below:

Taking place offline in the MNC Studio in Jakarta, teams will be fighting for a prize pool of $52,659. However, there’s more than that on the line. Specifically, the first place team will earn a direct spot in the Free Fire World Series Bangkok Play-Ins.
Format
With regards to format, as you can tell by how teams are seeded, there are two stages of competition.
Accordingly, first we’ll have the Play-Ins Stage. Taking place on 15th October, the 12 Play-In teams will be competing for the limited spots available for the Grand Finals.
From here, only 7 will progress to the Grand Finals. Indeed, this next stage of competition will take place on October 23rd. As the 7 teams join the 5 teams waiting in the Finals – a total of 12 teams will fight through the Grand Finals.
It’s here that teams will have the opportunity to earn points and try to win the entire event. Throughout the entire competition, the following points system will be involved:
- Kill Points – 1 per kill
- 1st place – 12 points
- 2nd place – 9 points
- 3rd place – 8 points
- 4th place – 7 points
- 5th place – 6 points
- 6th place – 5 points
- 7th place – 4 points
- 8th place – 3 points
- 9th place – 2 points
- 10th place – 1 point
- 11-12th place – 0 points
Also, apart from the regular competition, there’ll be some player awards on the line too.
