A few days ago, we highlighted a featured viewership article for VCT NA Stage 3 Challengers 2. Following this, we’re now moving on to the European region. Accordingly, argued as one of the most common regions, read on to learn How to Watch VCT EU Stage 3 Challengers 2 event!

Accordingly, this event is simply a second chance for teams. Specifically, this is the last chance for teams to make it into the Challengers Playoffs. Indeed, it’s from the Challengers Playoffs that teams then have a chance to sink in a seed into Masters Berlin later on this year.

Making it into this event, we have another 8 teams battling it online. Running from the 28th July to the 1st August, the $40,000 event is putting everything on the line. Diving into this event we have a split of 4 and 4 teams.

From one side, 4 teams are hailing from the previous Challengers 1 event while 4 more have earned spots by fighting through a Closed Qualifier. Find all the competitors listed below:

  • Giants Gaming

Exactly the same as the NA event, the format is also very similar at this very same event.

Format

With regards to format, it’s the classic Double Elimination bracket once again setting things into stone. All 8 teams will be seeded randomly into the Upper Bracket. Once in the Upper Bracket, teams can lose and gain a second chance to fight for their life in the Lower Bracket.

Each game within the bracket will be BO3 except for the Lower Bracket Final and Grand Final. Organized by Riot Games and Freaks 4U Gaming, this classic format is definitely perfect to quickly determine the best team at the event.

With regards to schedule, we have the entire list below for you all to enjoy. Do note that all the times listed below are applicable for the CEST region and are subject to change, due to technical difficulties for example.

July 28th 2021

  • Upper Bracket Quarterfinals First Two Games – 14:00
  • Upper Bracket Quarterfinals Last Two Games – 17:00
  • Lower Bracket Round 1 Both Games – 20:00

July 29th 2021

  • Upper Bracket Semifinals Both – 17:00
  • Lower Bracket Round 2 – 20:00

July 30th 2021

  • Upper Bracket Final – 17:00
  • Lower Bracket Round 3 – 20:00

  • Lower Brackter Final – 15:00

Spreading out the final two epic games, do note that when multiple games are taking place simultaneously, they will be broadcasted on seperate streams.
