According to a report made by Dekay, Jkaem is set to reunite with his former 100 Thieves teammates. Here below is a link to the report:
Jkaem to reunite with former 100 Thieves teammates – Why?
After 100 Thieves’ exit from CS:GO, Jkaem signed with team Apeks. His contract was 3 years long, but it seems like his contract got bought out by Extremum. If the deal goes through, Extremum will be picking up the former 100 Thieves roster of AZR, Liazz, Gratisfaction, and Jkaem.
As stated in the report above, Jkaem has played with this trio for a very long time. They joined 100 Thieves back in October of 2019 and since then they have had quite a journey. Their best performance was at the StarLadder Berlin Major of 2019, where they managed to place 3rd/4th out of 24 teams. For a team that had been consistently struggling in previous years, this was an enormous achievement.
Here are some of their best results:
- 3rd/4th at the StarLadder Berlin Major – 8th September 2019 – $70,000
- 2nd at IEM Beijing – 10th November 2019 – $50,000
- 2nd at EPL Season 12 NA – 27th September 2020 – $38,000
Who would fill in as a 5th player for the lineup if the deal goes through?
With the recent announcement made by Twistzz (that he is leaving Team Liquid) it would only make sense that he fills in the role that Jks left. Jks was the team’s main star player, insane aim and in-game skill made him unstoppable, and that is exactly what Twistzz is.
