Indeed, with the LCK 2022 Summer event kicking off earlier this month, teams have returned to do what they love most. One team in particular has picked up where it left off – T1. Read on as we cover a recent historic achievement for the team below!
LCK 2022 Summer – When Will It End?
After a historic demonstration at the LCK Spring event with pure flawlessness, surely they would fall at the Summer event?
No, that hasn’t seemed to have happened yet. In particular, the team has played 4 matches so far, including heavy weight teams such as DWG KIA, handling them with ease.
Bearing this in mind, the record which was just broken was in fact the longest win-streak within the LCK. Beating their own record from 2015 of 23 wins, their 24th win has updated the history books.
Naturally at some point, the team will lose. Regardless, the conversation moves to Worlds 2022 – can they take this level of dominance to the international stage? Back at MSI they placed second under Royal Never Give Up.
Should they continue to dominate, they’ll stand as favourites for Worlds 2022.
