There’s a tonne to chew through here: Riot Games’ new update of 10.10 for League of Legends which should be live May 14th, while live Betas are getting everybody excited. A bunch of balancing has been brought into the game over multiple challenges, some of which are neither buffs or nerfs, but simply changes (for now at least). Besides that, some new skins have been bundled in too!
Hero Changes:
- Fiddlesticks: time changes to scarecrow pose, new buff icon and Bountiful Harvest (W) decreased to 40% damage from 60% on minions
- Annie: overall buffed: both R and E moves buffed slightly
- Diana: overall nerfed: decrease in base HP and base damage
- Irelia: Flawless Duet (E) buffed damage stats
- Katarina: passive move (Voracity) changed with a new maximum of 88% instead of 100%
- Kled: Bear Trap on a Rope (Q) increased cooldown
- Maokai: overall nerfed: base mana reduced slightly and Bramble Smash (Q) costs more mana
- Sivir: overall buffed: Mana regained has been increased slightly for Spell Shield €
- Soraka: overall buffed: damage of Starcall (Q) increased and Astral Infusion (W) health restoration effect increased
- Nidalee: increase AP ratio for Javelin Toss (Q) – from 40 to 50%
- Miss Fortune: Strut (W) damage decreased by 10%
- Taric: HP per level increased and Bastion (W) bonus armour increased slightly
- Twisted Fate: base damage and armour slightly increased, together with decreased mana cost of Destiny (R)
- Udyr: base HP increased, mana increased, and movement speed increased.
Apart from the tweaks to the characters, Ultra Rapid Fire mode will be making a return to the title once again since April. With regards to skins, Pulsefire skins have been brought to Fiora, Ekko, Lucian, Lucian Prestige Edition and Pantheon.
For the exact technicalities of ‘increase’ or ‘decrease’, do visit the original patch notes here: https://na.leagueoflegends.com/en-us/news/game-updates/, which may or may not be live yet. Overall, no massive changes, just a usual tweaking to keep the game in shape.
