The 2020 LEC Summer group stage was very hectic, especially at the start of the split. At week 5 we already had MAD Lions and Rogue leading the pack, whereas G2 were still in 6th place. Despite their shaky start to the 2020 Summer split, G2 managed to come back stronger than ever, and gained 3 more places to end their group stage in 3rd place. Here below are the complete standings of the LEC Summer 2020:

LEC Summer 2020 Playoffs & What to expect – Unexpected results
FC Schalke 04 Esports had a terrible start to the 2020 Summer Split, getting only 1 win and 10 losses by the 5th Week of LEC. However they quickly bounced back after winning versus G2 and Misfits in Week 6. This got them motivated to end the group stage with a good placement and carried over the momentum to win the rest of their games. After remaining undefeated throughout Week 6 till Week 8, they managed to secure their spot in the playoffs by placing 6th.
