So, what do we have to look forward to?
Although many of the regions are yet to confirm dates for the Spring regional stage, we’re sure to expect what we have from the multiple franchised leagues.
Indeed, there are established leagues in the following regions:
- China (LPL)
- Korea (LCK)
- Europe (LEC)
- North America (LCS)
- Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, Southeast Asia (PCS)
- Vietnam (VCS)
- Brazil
- CIS
- Japan
- Latin America
- Oceania
- Turkey
In Spring, the regions will enjoy competition to determine the top competitors. Then, the top teams will head over to the first international event – the Mid-Seasonal Invitational.
Then, following a Sumemr of regional play, teams will earn qualification to Worlds 2022 – the largest event of the year.
Hopefully, this year will witness a strong return to LAN events should everything go to plan.
