Brazilian organization MiBR will be parting ways with its temporary roster after the 3-month contract agreement. This information was revealed by their now former coach, Raphael “Cogu” Camargo a few hours ago.
MiBR parting ways with its temporary roster – Why?
With the major shake ups that MiBR has gone through in 2020, it’s not surprising that MiBR are opting for another roster change. Back in September, MiBR announced that it is parting ways with Taco, Fer and their coach, Dead. Following this news, In-Game leader and Awper FalleN also announced his departure from the roster.
After this overhaul, MiBR were left with just Vito “kNgV-” Giuseppe and Alencar “trk” Rossato. They decided to sign Lucas “LUCAS1” Teles, and acquire Leonardo “leo_drk” de Oliveira and Vinicius “v$m” Moreira on loan from Sharks Esports and DETONA Gaming, respectively. At least, with this roster, they were able to compete for the last few events of the year.
What’s next for Cogu and his squad?
According to his statement, he has “a stable and set project with 6 players” that will benefit any organization that is willing to pick them up. We’ve already seen what this squad is capable of in the past few months of them representing MiBR. Here are some of their best achievements under MiBR:
- 4th at Flashpoint Season 2 – 5th December 2020 – $50,000
- 5th-8th at BLAST Premier: Fall 2020 Showdown – 28th November 2020 – $10,000
- 7th-9th at BLAST Premier: Fall 2020 Regular Season – 4th November 2020 – $7,500
It will be interesting to see what MiBR have planned for 2021, but until then, be sure to keep yourself updated on www.esportsguide.com for all your important esports news!
