At the PGL Major Stockholm 2021, we had our first look at the new NiP CS:GO Roster. Indeed, although 5-8th is respectable, it simply wasn’t good enough for the organization. Accordingly, they’ve decided to bring in some fresh new veteran talent – read on to learn more!
NiP CS:GO Roster – Changing after PGL Major Stockholm 2021
Following the largest event of the year, NiP are bringing in Patrick “es3tag” Hansen. Signed off of the bench of Complexity, the veteran has an impressive resume to show off:
- 1st @ ESL Pro League Season 12: Europe (w/Astralis)
- 3-4th @ EPICENTER 2019 (w/Heroic)
- 1st @ DreamHack Open Atlanta 2019 (w/Heroic)
However, as you can see, his best performances are not from this year. Indeed, he’s had a rough season over at Complexity Gaming and is hungry to make amends next year.
What’s more, is that he’ll fit perfectly into the Scandinavian team of NiP, with all players originating either from Denmark or Sweden. Anyways, here is your active lineup for NiP:
- Fredrik “REZ” Sterner
- Nicolas “Plopski” Gonzalez Zamora
- Hampus “hampus” Poser
- Nicolai “dev1ce” Reedtz
- Patrick “es3tag” Hansen
- Bjorn “THREAT” Pers – Coach
Let’s see what they manage to bring to the BLAST Fall Premier Finals next week.
