Accordingly, NRG was one of those esports organizations who didn’t make the cut for VALORANT Champions. Indeed, it’s no surprise that a change or two is needed to fix things up. Not making the cut in the region of North America, it seems they’ve brought a new player onto the team – read on to learn about the NRG VALORANT Roster!
NRG VALORANT Roster – What They Needed?
On October 27th, with the conclusion of the NA Stage 3 LCQ for the VALORANT Champions event, NRG dropped a player. Specifically, they dropped Matthew “Wedid” Suchan and have since been with 4 players.
However, only yesterday, they manage to acquire James “hazed” Cobb over from Team SoloMid. As another organization who couldn’t make the cut for the LCQ, the point of this is to mix up the roster a little.
Bearing this in mind, the following is the current active roster:
- Sam “s0m” Oh
- Daniel “eeiu” Vucenovic
- Bradley “ANDROID” Fodor
- Ian “tex” Botsch
- James “hazed” Cobb
For context, here’s what the youngster had achieved back with Team SoloMid:
- 1st @ VCT 2021 NA Stage 3 Challengers 2
- 7-8th @ VCT NA Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs
- 1-4th @ VCT 2021 NA Stage 3 Challengers 2 Open Qualifier
We’ll be keeping an eye out to see how this team develops.
