OG have announced that they are using one of their benched players, NBK, for their EPL (ESL Pro League) match versus Heroic. Here is their announcement:
OG using NBK for EPL match versus Heroic – Why?
On the 26th of February, OG announced the benching of NBK. Despite no reason being revealed, the change was inevitable due to poor results in a majority of all the events they’ve taken part in.
As a replacement, OG have brought on Nikolaj “niko” Kristensen, ironically, from Heroic. Niko is a skilled fragger, and even though he might not be what OG needs right now, he can definitely deal some damage in the long run. With Aleksib as their main in-game leader, the team is in safe hands, but time will tell if the project works or not. Now NBK has one last stand with the team versus one of their main rivals, Heroic.
MATCH UPDATE
The series between OG and Heroic ended 2-1 in favour of the Danes. Heroic won Mirage (16-6) and Overpass (16-6), whereas OG only managed to win Train (16-10). NBK ended up finishing with a 42/56 K/D, averaging around 71.9 damage per round.
