Overwatch League 2022 Update – More Facts Below
So, here are some facts which were just announced in the Community Update. Read on for some salient points:
- Schedule – the full schedule has been announced and is viewable here
- Version of Overwatch – teams been given access to an early build of the Overwatch 2 PvP alpha, which gives them approximately two months to prepare for the start of the schedule.
- The league will generally update to the latest balance and schedule major content releases between tournament cycles
- An announced map pool as viewable here
On top of all of this information, they’re hoping to have planned live events for when it all kicks off in the first week of May.
It’s been a long wait for the return of competitive Overwatch. Following the off-season both the community and competitive scene cannot wait to get back to work.
