Meanwhile, Blizzard has just released a brand new retail patch for Overwatch, one which focuses on helping players to become unstuck by some of the in-game mechanics quite literally as a few crowd control and stun abilities have been affectively hit as listed down below.
The following are the full hero updates:
Ana
- Sleep Dart: sleep duration lowered from 6 to 5 seconds
Mei
- Endothemic Blaster (Primary): freeze stun duration lowered from 1.5 to 1.3 seconds
- Blizzard: duration lowered from 5 to 4.25 seconds
McCree
- Flashbang: stun duration lowered from 0.85 to 0.7 seconds
Reinhardt
- Earthshatter: knockdown duration lowered from 3 to 2.5 seconds
Roadhog
- Whole Hog: knockback increased 20%
Sigma
- Accretion: knockdown duration is a fixed 0.8 second instead of scaling with distance and cast time reduced from 0.75 to 0.65 seconds.
In general, the patch is clearly trying to quicken up the pace of the game and nerfing an annoying hero such as Mei allows for players to not fear the sight of her anymore. Expect the Overwatch experience to get a touch faster thanks to the April 29 Update.
