Over the past week, the top Overwatch teams in the world have been trying to earn their spot in the history books. Accordingly, the OWL 2022 Playoffs is the final stop for the 2022 season. Read on as we preview the final stage of the competition.
OWL 2022 Playoffs Update – $2,550,000 On the Line
For those unaware, 12 teams were invited from the East and West regions. Indeed, all teams started the competition in the Upper Bracket.
After multiple matches and days of competition, here’s a list of the remaining teams:
- London Spitfire
- San Francisco Shock
- Seoul Dynasty
- Hangzhou Spark
- Dallas Fuel
- Houston Outlaws
Bearing this in mind, we’ve reached the Lower Bracket Quarterfinals and the Upper Bracket Final. Here’s the schedule for the upcoming matches:
November 3rd 2022 – 22:30 CET – LB Quarterfinals
- Seoul Dynasty vs San Francisco Shock
November 4th 2022 – 00:00 CET – LB Quarterfinals
- London Spitfire vs Hanzghou Spark
November 4th 2022 – 01:30 CET – Upper Bracket Final
- Dallas Fuel vs Houston Outlaws
As you can see, not many favourites remain in the competition. Accordingly, Dallas Fuel are currently favoured to take home the competition, we’ll know the World Champion by the end of the week!
