Peacekeeper Elite Championship 2021 Postponed – Why?
Indeed, the event was originally going to be held later this month. Specifically, July 31st was the proposed date for the Chinese event. Accordingly, that is why the game is being played on Peacekeeper Elite. This is the Chinese port of the original PUBG Mobile title.
Officially, the main reason behind the delay is due to health. What exactly is going on? Currently, nothing, but this is a preventive call. Notably, due to worries of an emergency national state, the event is being called off. Instead of the PEC, we now have a new event to look forward to.
Namely, at the same time and day, the Peace Elite Super Cup 2021 will now take place. Beyond competition, there will also be ‘star artists’ showing up at the event bearing in mind the measures being upheld.
Otherwise, no future is certain for the PEC so far. We have this replacement event, and maybe we’ll have an announcement shortly.
