Another year passes and Rainbow Six Siege Esports continues to develop. Accordingly, the esport has found its place as one of the top, though needing a little work. Anyway, let’s discuss this further in this episode of Esports Roadmap by taking a look at Rainbow Six Siege Esports 2022!
Rainbow Six Siege Esports 2022 – Starting with the Six Invitational
Indeed, while many other esports utilize the calendar year as a model, competitive Rainbow Six Siege is a little different. Accordingly, right now the community is buzzing for the upcoming event of the year – the Six Invitational 2022.
Bearing this in mind as the end of the season, Ubisoft hasn’t provided information regarding the regular season to follow.
Anyway, there are two main international events to keep an eye on:
- Six Invitational 2022 – February 8-20th 2022
- Six World Cup 2022 – Jun 1st to Aug 1st 2022
Yes, for those unaware, the World Cup of 2021 was postponed to next year. Historically being one of the most successful esports events, we’re ecstatic for its return.
Besides these staple events, the regular season will likely start back up in March and continue until the next Six Invitational, offering multiple Majors in between regional leagues such as the Stockholm Major from this past year. The following are some of the main regions to keep track of:
- Asia Pacific
- Europe
- North America
- Latin America
With many events planned for offline venues, we can’t wait for the coming year.
