Following a successful year last season, Rocket League is looking for repeatable growth this year. Accordingly, further investments and sponsors is a great way to improve – that’s why Ally partnering with Rocket League esports NA is good news!
Rocket League Esports NA – Growing the Scene
Overall, the announcement made waves over on Twitter where Psyonix released the news:
Over the past few years, competitive Rocket League esports has enjoyed a variety of sponsors from the likes of CDW, Intel, Lenovo and Verizon to list a few.
Otherwise, when it comes to RLCS NA, the Winter Open is kicking off today.
Following the Winter Open, there’ll be the Winter Cup and Winter Invitational to look forward to prior to the first international event.
Currently, we’re not sure how much a role the new sponsor, Ally, will play.
As an online bank, the partner won’t likely affect the competition in any substantial way like a technological sponsor.
Indeed, we can’t wait to see more sponsors line up to invest in Rocket League esports in the coming seasons – we’ll be sure to stay up to date!
