Let’s take a look at the details announced for the Six Invitational 2021:
- Bearing in mind the venue, Ubisoft is moving away from Montreal for the first time for the event! Everything will now take place at their developmental studio in Paris.
- In terms of teams, 20 are competing from the regions of LATAM, APAC, NA and EU, restricted to 6 members each
- Specifically, the prize pool for the event will range from $500,000 to $3,000,000 depending on the help from the SI 2021 Battle Pass.
- Also, the event is running from the 9th February to the 21st.
Like any other esport, competitive Rainbow Six Siege took a hit last year. Granted, the Six Invitational 2021 will be the first international event since last year. Likely, everything is going to happen with no live crowd either. However, an offline connection is definitely great.
