T1 using Forev as Stand-in for ONE Esports Singapore Major

Dota2

25 Mar 2021

Nathan Bonello

T1 have announced that they will be using former player Forev as their stand-in for the One Esports Singapore Major. Here is everything you need to know about it:

T1 using Forev as Stand-in – Why?

As stated in their main tweet, the main reason for Forev to stand-in is because of health issues concerning Carlo “Kuku” Palad. Unfortunately for Kuku, despite all the work he’s done with T1, he will have to sit this one out as former member Forev takes part in his stead. Kuku is the captain of the team, and his absence will surely affect the members of the roster. Hopefully it doesn’t impact their performance too much, and they can still showcase some excellent Dota 2.

Community reaction

Obviously, every T1 and Dota 2 fan is disappointed that Kuku won’t be able to take part in the Major. However everyone understands that Forev is an excellent player which can aid T1 in every ability he can.

What’s next?

With the ONE Esports Singapore Major just around the corner (Starting on the 27th of March), T1 need to adapt quickly to get a solid performance during the event. The Singapore Major is the biggest event yet for 2021 Dota 2 Esports, and we can expect some pretty intense matches!
