For the past three seasons, Liquid have never seeded past 9th at Worlds. Accordingly, there’s an underlying problem in the structure of the LoL team and they can’t seem to find international success. Indeed, it’s no surprise that more changes are here, with their 2018 signing in Jensen leaving – read on to learn about Team Liquid LCS Jensen!
Team Liquid LCS Jensen – We’ll Wait and See
Signing back in 2018, Nicolaj “Jensen” Jensen has been an essential component to the Team Liquid roster. Accordingly, he’s been a key to the roster for a while – in both success and defeat.
Bearing this amount of time, Team Liquid and Jensen are departing on good terms, leaving the following active roster behind:
- Gabriel “Bwipo” Rau – Top
- Lucas “Santorin” Larsen – Jungle
- Soren “Bjergsen” Bjerg – Mid
- Steven “Hans sama” Liv – Bot
- Jo “CoreJJ” Yong-in – Support
Considering his mid position, it may be the case that Team Liquid sign another mid competitor. Regardless of who is signed, they’ll hope to improve their international performances while trying to take control of the LCS:
- 12-13th @ Worlds 2021
- 2nd @ LCS Summer 2021
- 2nd @ LCS Spring 2021
- 9-12th @ 2020 Worlds
