Historically, the Team Liquid VALORANT Roster has always been in the conversation for EMEA. However, the roster has struggled recently and the community has been waiting for change – it’s finally here!
Team Liquid VALORANT Roster – Ready for LCQ
For those unaware, Team Liquid were one of the most dominant EMEA teams from last season. Indeed, at one point they went on a flawless run, only being stopped at VCT Champions with a 3-4th finish.
Yet, since then, it seems the team hasn’t matched the pace of the title.
Looking for new control, they’ve signed a replacement for Travis “L1NK” Mendoza in the form of Dmitriy “dimasick” Matvienjo.
In addition, the team has signed a new head coach – take a look at the updated roster below:
- Dom “soulcas” Sulcas
- Adil “ScreaM” Benrlitom
- Elias “Jamppi” Oikkonen
- Nabil “Nivera” Benrlitom
- Dmitriy “dimasick” Matvienko
- Emil “eMIL” Sandgren – Head Coach
Naturally, these changes are perfectly timed for the VCT EMEA Last Chance Qualifier. Here, Team Liquid will fight for a final regional spot for VALORANT Champions of this year.
For context, here are some of the team’s former accomplishments:
- 5-6th @ VCT 2022 EMEA Stage 2 Challengers
- 7-8th @ VCT 2022 Stage 1 Masters Reykjavik
- 4th @ VCT 2022 EMEA Stage 1 Challengers
- 3-4th @ VALORANT Champions
