Triumph Gaming have announced that they are signing a new roster for CS:GO in the 2021 season. Here is their announcement and player reveal:
Triumph signing new roster – Who did they pick up?
In their new squad, Triumph have decided to keep Shakezullah and Bwills as players, and Tacitus as coach. With regards to their new additions, Triumph have brought on Cooper-, cxzi, and viz, whilst benching penny, one of their former players.
This new squad for Triumph has already achieved some success. As recently they have participated in Mythic’s Winter Cup, placed 2nd, and with it, cashed in $1,000 in prize money. Definitely a great start for the new faces on this team.

- Alan “Shakezullah” Hardeman
- Brendan “Bwills” Williams
- Austin “Cooper-” Abadir
- Danny “cxzi” Strzelczyk
- Wesley “viz” Harris
Coach:
- Marcos “tacitus” Castilho
This is what Shawn Bischoff, General Manager of Triumph had to say about the new roster:
“We’re excited for CS:GO in 2021. Despite many challenges last year, we managed to prove that there is incredible talent lurking in North America. Our goals with this roster are to continue to invest time into new talent and prove once again that we can win at the highest level. We hope that our fans will trust our process and welcome our new players into their lives. North American CS:GO is alive and well.”

With one of Triumph’s main players, Junior, leaving the team to join FURIA, the organization had to make some heavy changes to their CS:GO division. With these changes, the team is determined to have more success in 2021, especially in North American based events.
