Following the conclusion of the Six Invitational, Ubisoft is excited for the next competitive season of Rainbow Six Siege. Accordingly, the developer dropped the Rainbow Six Year 7 Roadmap. Read on as we discuss all the details below!
Rainbow Six Year 7 Roadmap – Big Plans
Announcing many small changes in the press release, we’re only concerned with the esports. Bearing this in mind, here are some announced dates we’ll be keeping in mind for the upcoming season:
- May 2022 – Stage 1 Major in the United States
- August 2022 – Stage 2 Major in the United Arab Emirates
- November 2022 – Stage 3 Major in Asia
- Six Invitational 2023 – Still Unconfirmed Venue
- Rainbow Six World Cup – Postponed to 2023
Accordingly, apart from the huge international events, regional competition kicks off on March 9th in the usual regions.
While we’re disappointed by the cancellation of the Rainbow Six World Cup, once again, it’s understandable. Instead, we’re excited to see three Majors announced for the remainder of the the year, which is more than usual.
