Remember the inaugural season of the Overwatch League? Back then, Vancouver Titans were one of the best teams in the league. However, since then, they’ve suffered dearly. Accordingly, the Vancouver Titans OWL 2023 roster is trying to rebuild – read on to learn more!
Vancouver Titans OWL 2023 – Still Building
Almost every year since 2019, the organization have had to rebuild regularly.
Indeed, they have one of the worst records in the leagues in the past two years, finishing 18-19th in the past three regular seasons.
Accordingly, the roster has been wiped completely, with the following players signed this week:
- Luka “Aspire” Rolovic – DPS
- Leyton “Punk” Gilchrist – Tank – NEW
- Kim “Faith” Hong-gyu – Support – NEW
- William “Crimzo” Hernandez – Support – NEW
Naturally, there are still some gaps to fill in the roster. Needing further DPS players, this roster has an interesting mix.
However, it’s difficult to get very excited for this roster considering the past achievements of this organization:
- 18th @ OWL 2022 Regular Season
- 7-8th @ OWL 2022 Summer Showdown
- 19th @ OWL 2021 Regular Season
- 18th @ OWL 2020 Regular Season
Regardless, it’s a very low bar to overpass – let’s see who else they sign in the coming weeks!
