World Champions DAMWON Gaming have announced that their Top Laner Nuguri, and Support role player BeryL will be opting to enter free agency. Here is their announcement:
World Champions Nuguri and Beryl enter free agency – Why?
DAMWON Gaming have revealed that these two players have their contracts expired, but this does not necessarily mean that they will be leaving the team. As DAMWON have stated, they are continuously trying to renew their contracts, and will manage to do so if they are not given a more suitable offer from another team.

Both Nuguri and BeryL have been with DAMWON for over 2 years, and have certainly shown their potential in the past few months, especially during the 2020 World Championship. Now with Head Coach Kkoma joining the team, the duo might think twice before departing the roster.
