20-year-old Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut joined the Vitality roster back in late 2018. Everyone knew that he would impact the team in an unbelievable manner. In just 2 years, he has led the team to win many championships and tournaments. Most notably EPICENTER 2019, and BLAST Premier Fall 2020. Solidifying ZywOo’s stay with the team for 4 more years will definitely assure team Vitality’s fans that the team will continue to be successful.
In fact, this news was so big to the French community that Paris was filled with holograms all over historic figures.
What’s next for Vitality and ZywOo?
Vitality ended their 2020 season with a gutting defeat versus Astralis at the IEM Global Challenge event. Despite this, it’s fair to say that Vitality had probably its best year to date, and with their consistent wins throughout 2020, they can only hope to continue dominating Europe in 2021.
