NSG x Complexity Invitational is an online Valorant tournament organize by Nerd Streed Gamers and Complexity Gaming featuring top teams from North America battling for a prize pool of $10,000.

Group Stage: 4 groups of four teams in a GSL format.

-The top two teams advance to the Playoffs
-Opening matches are best-of-one
-Other matches are best-of-three

Playoffs: 8 teams Single Elimination bracket

-All matches (except to Grand Final) are best-of-three
-Grand Final is best-of-five
